1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kylesku Boat Tours website and booking services. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Payment is taken on arrival at Kylesku Harbour
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking: Adults at the current adult rate, Children (ages 3-13) at the child rate, and Infants (under 3) travel free
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour
• Cancellations can be made through our website using your booking reference
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for rebooking priority
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case you will be offered an alternative date or full cancellation

4. Tour Modifications

You may modify your booking (date, time, or number of guests) through our website, subject to availability. Changes should be made at least 24 hours before your original booking time.

5. Weather and Safety

• Tours operate subject to suitable weather and sea conditions
• The skipper has final authority on whether a tour can safely proceed
• If a tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date
• We recommend wearing warm, waterproof clothing and non-slip footwear

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Arrive at Kylesku Harbour at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure
• Follow all safety instructions given by the skipper
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements at the time of booking
• No smoking is permitted on the boat

7. Wildlife Sightings

While we regularly see seals, seabirds, and occasionally eagles and other wildlife, sightings cannot be guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat. The scenic beauty of the Scottish Highlands, including Britain's highest waterfall (Eas a' Chual Aluinn), is always on display.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kylesku Boat Tours carries appropriate insurance for passenger boat tours. However, passengers participate in tours at their own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for any injury that occurs due to failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Photography and Media

You are welcome to take photographs and videos during your tour for personal use. By participating in our tours, you consent to being included in photographs or videos that may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the skipper.

11. Governing Law
